Tim is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities and supporting founders as they work through challenges along their unique paths. He brings 13 years of experience in financial operations, early-stage venture capital investing, and building startups to the Empactful team. But most importantly, he has always felt a strong connection to people who aren't afraid of a big challenge that seems out of reach. 
 

Over the past four years, Tim has worked with 40+ seed-stage technology companies across various industries at Rev1 Ventures, a startup studio and one of the most active seed investors in the Midwest. He focused on helping founders navigate the path from idea to market while accelerating critical milestones to support their first capital raise. Before Rev1, Tim was the fourth employee at a digital health startup, building out customer support, sales, business development, and marketing efforts. 
 

Tim currently resides in the Conshohocken area outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated with a degree in Finance from Temple University and is a proud Owl. Outside of work, you'll find Tim staying active outdoors, traveling, and stumbling his way through learning the guitar. A favorite quote of his is "No one was ever wise by chance" from Seneca the Younger, one of the three most important Stoic philosophers in history.
